Wathnan Racing Reaches Milestone 500th Victory in Remarkable Four-Year Journey

Mdmar – Doha – United Kingdom

Qatar’s Wathnan Racing has celebrated a remarkable milestone, recording its 500th victory in an extraordinary journey spanning just four years.

This significant achievement reflects the dedication and tireless efforts of everyone involved in the operation, while highlighting the enduring and extraordinary partnership between horse and human that has existed since ancient times.

The horse responsible for carrying Wathnan Racing to this historic landmark, four years after its remarkable story began in Doha, was the promising two-year-old Procyon, who secured the milestone victory in only the second start of his career.

Named After a Bright Star

Procyon takes his name from one of the brightest stars in the night sky, a fitting and hopefully prophetic name for a young racehorse whose future looks exceptionally promising.
