Scottsdale Hosts Fourth Leg of UAE President’s Cup World Series for Arabian Horse Beauty

The city of Scottsdale in the US state of Arizona will host tomorrow the fourth leg of the third edition of the UAE President’s Cup World Series for Arabian Horse Beauty, with 44 horses owned by around 22 owners taking part. The event is part of the global series organized by the UAE to support the Arabian horse sector and strengthen its position on the international stage.

The fourth leg builds on the championship’s growing global presence and reflects the UAE’s role in supporting Arabian horse owners and breeders around the world, while preserving the heritage of the purebred Arabian horse as an integral part of the UAE’s national heritage and a key element of its cultural identity. This comes amid continued leadership support for the sector and efforts to strengthen its international presence.

The UAE President’s Cup World Series for Arabian Horse Beauty is held under the supervision of Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Arabian Horse Society and Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee. The third edition includes a number of rounds across all continents, helping expand the series’ global reach and establish it as one of the leading international competitions specializing in Arabian horse beauty.

The Scottsdale leg holds particular significance as it coincides with the National Breeders Championship, which was launched in 1955 and is considered the oldest championship in the history of Arabian horse beauty competitions.

Scottsdale is one of the world’s leading destinations for Arabian horses, thanks to its rich heritage and long-standing hosting of major events, further strengthening its position on the international equestrian map.

The competition features classes for colts and fillies of different age groups, in addition to mare and stallion classes, before concluding with the final championships for the various participating categories.
The US leg will run from September 16 to 19, serving as a major stop in North America and bringing together leading Arabian horse owners, breeders and enthusiasts from around the world amid the championship’s growing international momentum.
