Mdmar – Italy

Abdel Saïd heads the 2026 Longines Global Champions Tour standings ahead of the Rome stage, taking place from 9–11 October, as the battle for the season title enters a decisive phase.

Following the Vienna leg, Saïd leads with 219 points, holding a 14-point advantage over Germany’s Christian Ahlmann on 205. Australia’s Edwina Tops-Alexander occupies third place with 192 points.

Rome represents an important opportunity for Saïd to strengthen his position, while his closest challengers look to narrow the gap before the remaining championship stages in Cairo and Rabat.

The Italian capital’s competitions will take place at Tor di Quinto, with the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Rome scheduled for Sunday, 11 October.
