It was a fantastic day for Wathnan Racing, with its horses securing four victories on major international racecourses across the United States, France, Germany and England.

The wins came at Saratoga Race Course in the United States in a Group 1 race, as well as at Deauville Racecourse in France, Baden-Baden Racecourse in Germany, and Goodwood Racecourse in England.
The victories were achieved by Leading Change, Holguin, Diego Ventura, and Light of Dawn, respectively.

Leading Change (Gun Runner), the unbeaten three-year-old colt, took another major step forward by winning the Gr.1 DraftKings Travers Stakes over 2000m on dirt at Saratoga on Sunday, 30 August, early morning (Qatar time). The race, reserved for three-year-olds, attracted a strong field of ten runners.

Trained by Brad H. Cox, ridden by Manuel Franco, and owned by Wathnan Racing, Leading Change maintained his perfect record with a very determined performance at the highest level.

A winning trip to Germany for Holguin The consistent Holguin (G6, Havana Grey x Roxie Lot) made his trip to Baden-Baden worthwhile with victory in the 156. Casino Baden-Baden Goldene Peitsche (Gr.3) over 1,200m, scoring by one and three-quarter lengths. Sent off favourite, the #Wathnan_Racing gelding came into the race after finishing fourth in the Lennox Stakes (Gr.2) at Goodwood. Trained by Hamad Al Jehani, he was partnered by Faleh Bughenaim.

Diego Ventura lands his first Group win Representing Wathnan Racing Diego Ventura (G4, Mehmas x Leoube) claimed his first Group success in a thrilling finish to the Barrière Prix Quincey (Gr.3) at Deauville. Trained by Hamad Al Jehani and partnered by Christophe Soumillon, he came into the race off an encouraging fourth at Goodwood. Last year, he notably won the Prix de Pontarmé (L.) at ParisLongchamp.
Light Of Dawn gets her first Group win in UK

Light of Dawn (F2, Showcasing x An Ghalanta) claimed her first Group success in the Virgin Bet Prestige Fillies’ Stakes (Gr.3) over 7f at Goodwood. Making just her fourth career start, the Wathnan Racing filly had already finished third at Group level on her two previous outings. Trained by Karl Burke, she was partnered by James Doyle.
