World Arabian Horse Championship Supreme Presented in Doha Ahead of Historic Final
Mdmar – Doha – WAHC
The World Arabian Horse Championship Supreme (WACH Supreme) today hosted a press conference at Old Doha Port to officially present the final stage of the 2025 season – one of the most prestigious events in the Arabian horse calendar.

Held in collaboration with Global Champions Arabians Tour (GCAT), CENECA and Katara Cultural Village, the Supreme will bring together the world’s finest Arabian horses, breeders, owners, and handlers for an unforgettable two-day celebration of sport, heritage, and culture at Old Doha Port on December 5-6.

The World’s Best Horses Prepare for the Final Showdown

This weekend, Doha will welcome 68 purebred Arabian horses, each of which earned its place in the Championship through a rigorous qualification system across both the GCAT Europe & Middle East circuit and the GCAT Americas.
Only the top horses and handlers of the season will compete, making the Supreme the definitive global showdown of Arabian horse excellence.

In addition to world-class competition, spectators will experience a unique entertainment journey created exclusively for the Supreme.

Over the two days, five ceremonial shows will guide the audience through cultural narratives inspired by:
- The Gulf – Integrity
- Latin America – Passion
- Europe – Prestige
- North America – Excellence
- North Africa – Legacy

Each performance includes its own musical identity, cultural universe, and a symbolic torch carried on horseback, representing one of the Championship’s core values.
The entertainment storyline culminates with the Closing Ceremony – “Victory Over Abu Derya”, inspired by a traditional Gulf tale of courage and unity. As the five torches converge, their combined light symbolises the message of the Supreme: only through unity, integrity, and shared values can the community overcome darkness, injustice, and corruption within the sport.
