Trainer Charlie Appleby’s Wild Illusion won the Qatar Nassau Stakes; a Group 1 race for three-year-old and upwards fillies and mares over 2000 metres.
Trainer Richard Fahey’s More Than This won the Telegraph Nursery Handicap Stakes; a 1400-metre contest for two-year olds.
Accordance won the Markel Insurance British EBF Maiden Fillies’ Stakes; a Class 2 race for two-year-old maiden fillies over 1400 metres, giving her trainer Mark Johnston his second win on the day.
