From 17 – 19 June 2022, the Longines Global Champions Tour will land in the heart of Stockholm for the third edition of the three day spectacular!

Today an exciting and full calendar of events throughout the weekend can be revealed with brand new classes and displays to make it the perfect family trip out.

For the first time, children will be able to compete in the historic Olympic Stadium and alongside the best riders in the world with the competitive Agria Pony classes on Friday and Saturday. Super Saturday will once again feature the thrilling GCL round 2 competition where home team Stockholm Hearts will battle it out for a podium place in front of local fans. The €334,000 Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Stockholm will round off the action on Saturday as the top 35 riders from the weekend look to get their hands on a prestigious golden ticket to the LGCT Super Grand Prix in November with a win in Stockholm.

Once again there is a strong focus on developing future talent alongside Stockholm Horse Week, featuring a thrilling festival of equestrian sport in close collaboration with the City of Stockholm to develop a sustainable world-class event in the city. The concept of Stockholm Horse Week has a focus to inspire, broaden and create a celebration with the people around equestrian sport. In 2022 the focus lies on developing young talent, both horses and riders, with the Lövsta Future Challenge U25 and young horse classes.

A highlight of the weekend will be the Hästnet clinic on Friday at 12.15pm a new display featuring some big names so stay tuned for the official announcement coming soon.
